Before commencing any exercise regime, it is important that you consult with your doctor or physio. If you have any new or worsening pain or injury during this program, STOP, contact me immediately, and seek advice from your preferred health provider.

You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. By engaging in this membership, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Anna Veale from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Anna Veale’s negligence.
