TANE MAHI

12-Week Men’s Health Programme

About Tane Mahi

We’re excited to announce that Aidan Butterworth from Mahi Performance, and Anna Veale from Fresh Coaching have teamed up to create Tane Mahi. A unique, 12-week Men’s Health Programme designed to radically transform both your physical and mental well-being.

Tane Mahi is built with one goal in mind: to help men take control of their lives and thrive. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by life’s pressures or just seeking a fresh start, this programme is designed to support men like you to reclaim their health, energy, and purpose.

Here’s What You’ll Get:

This isn’t just another wellness programme – it’s a complete system designed to empower you from the inside out.

  • A 12-week intensive programme designed specifically for men
  • 4 x 1.5-hour in-person performance sessions (with coffee/elixirs and bliss balls provided by Vitality Kitchen TGA)

Investment:

For everything mentioned above, the investment is:

  • 3 payments of $500 paid by bank transfer or
  • 1 upfront payment of $1400 (a $100 savings!)

When you consider the value of what you’ll gain—a fitter body, a clearer mind, better relationships, and a stronger sense of purpose—the investment is more than worth it.

The Cost of Not Taking Action:
By not committing, you risk staying stuck in unhealthy patterns, experiencing ongoing stress, and missing out on the opportunity to be the man you know you can be. What would it cost you and your whanau if nothing changed?

Tane Mahi is built with one goal in mind: to help men take control of their lives and thrive.

Aidan Butterworth

Aidan is a former NZ Army soldier with a successful 15-year career, during which he served alongside the SAS and as a Physical Training Instructor. His time in the military shaped his character, deepened his knowledge, and developed a strong sense of mental resilience that he still relies on today.

However, transitioning to civilian life brought significant challenges – Aidan struggled to find direction and purpose while trying to support his family and manage a business he had no experience in. Immersing himself in work led to new opportunities in professional sports, which expanded his networks and brought in new clients. Yet, despite these professional gains, his family life began to suffer; He became exhausted, irritable, and emotionally distant.

The past two years have been a period of intense personal growth. Aidan has reflected on how his childhood experiences shaped his beliefs and behaviour – and he has worked to rebuild his identity.

As a result, Aidan’s relationship with his children has strengthened, and he’s gained a clearer vision of the man he wants to become. Through this journey, he’s acquired valuable insights and skills that he believes can help other men elevate themselves, lead their loved ones with purpose, and take their businesses to new heights.

His aim now is to empower men to become their best selves, making positive changes that resonate across all areas of their lives.

Anna Veale

With 20 years experience in the wellness industry, Anna has dedicated the last 7 years to supporting men and youth in unlocking their full potential.

When men take control of their health and well-being it doesn’t just benefit them – it strengthens and  improves relationships with loved ones, and fosters healthier, more productive workplaces. Anna has seen first hand when men are encouraged to confront their personal challenges, they can transform not only their own lives but the lives of everyone around them.

Men’s mental wellness is deeply personal to Anna. Growing up, she witnessed the struggles her dad faced as a functioning alcoholic and the toll it took on her family. She understand the immense stress it brings when the male figure in the house isn’t happy. It’s this experience that drives her to help men break free from their struggles and lead healthier, happier lives.

So much so that she wrote a book about it!
