Discussing the power of positive thinking and growth mindset

The attendees will be:

  • Taught techniques for managing stress and
    overcoming challenges
  • Given strategies for setting and achieving goals
  • Shown how to use self-reflection and develop a healthy
    self-image and identity
  • Identify areas of their game where they feel insecure and
    learn tools to harness fear.

Wellbeing in Sport:
Nurturing Mental and Emotional Health

This workshop will:

  • Explore the importance of self-care and stress management
  • Discuss the impact of the ‘MENS’ formula. Mindset, exercise,
    nutrition and sleep and their impact on mental health
    and Performance in sport.
  • Teach mindfulness and relaxation techniques

Peak Performance:
Unlocking Your Potential

This workshop will:

  • Cover the connection between physical health and
    mental performance
  • Discuss life skills and self-responsibility, including time
    management, organisation, and respect for surroundings,
    with an emphasis on being a good human first.
  • Brainstorm team strategies for maintaining focus
    and concentration
  • Explore the role of motivation and perseverance in
    achieving success

Sideline Support:
Promoting Positive Parental Involvement

This workshop is for parents and athletes.

The workshop will :

  • Address the impact of parental behaviour on young athletes’
    mental health and performance
  • Discuss the importance of positive reinforcement and
    constructive feedback
  • Teach strategies for managing parental pressure
    and expectations
  • Guide effective communication and boundary-setting for
    both parents and athletes

To enhance sporting performance

Workshop Overview:

Uncover the science-backed techniques to improve oxygen
utilisation, increase CO2 tolerance, and enhance overall
athletic performance.

Explore Vedic breath-work practices: Tap into the wisdom of
ancient Vedic teachings to harmonise mind, body, and
breath, fostering mental clarity and resilience.

Pre-event breath-work routines: Master specific breathing
exercises tailored to prime your body and mind for
competition, allowing you to enter the competition in
an optimal state of readiness.

Enhance focus and visualisation: Acquire tools to cultivate
unwavering focus, maintain mental composure under pressure,
and harness the power of visualization to manifest
peak performance.
